Eligibility
Due to the nature of clothing and hygiene, many items may be final sale unless there is a defect or an error on our part. Eligibility for return or exchange is assessed case by case in line with applicable consumer practices in Pakistan.
Defective or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will work with you on a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
How to request
Use the contact details in the footer (WhatsApp or email, when available). Please include your order number, item description, and clear images if reporting a fault.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method where possible. Bank transfer orders may require additional verification before a refund is issued.
